an = Sn - Sn-1 = n*(n-2) -(n² -4n +3) = n²-2n -n² +4n -3 = 2n -3
an+1 = 2*(n+1) - 3 = 2n +2 - 3 = 2n - 1
r = an+1 - an = 2n -1 -(2n -3) = 2n -1 -2n +3 = 3-1 = 2
a1 =2*1 -3 = 2 - 3 = -1
