         (2) concerned  they shouldn’t
          put them near schools.
Charlene: (3) According to some scientists
                the waves can cause serious illnesses.
Steve: I (4) hear  what you’re saying but
           where is the scientific proof?
Gary: (5) From  my (6) point  of
         (7) view , there’s a lot of proof
          already. It’s like smoking in the old
          days, nobody wanted to believe the
           evidence.
Charlene: Yes, on the (8) whole  I agree with
               Gary, or do we have to wait until there
               is an epidemic?
Gary: (9) In  my (10) opinion it’s better
               to be safe than sorry.

Tak mi się zdaje ,że wszystkie są w past simple, ale nie wiem czy dobrze to zrobiłam. Jakby co to usuń moją odpowiedź jak jest źle :))
