Hi Brian

I’m writing to let you know that we organized a charity campaign in order to collect money for our local library. I was not a big event but we did our best. I was the person responsible for the whole endeavor so I coordinated all the parts of the campaign – looking for people willing to help us, writing e-mails and letters to the organizations that were intent on supporting this initiative, all this stuff was done by me. Of course, we face quite a few problems – there were people who questioned our intentions – they thought that we were going to spend the money on something completely irrelevant and that the whole thing is not really necessary.

We collected a lot of money, I have to admit – almost 3000 zł only from the students of your school and additional 1000 from the companies that were kind enough to support us. That was a huge success!
