Proszę o sprawdzenie i ewentualne poprawienie :)
Hi SArah!
How are things?
Excuse me for so long to you didn't answer. I had no time. I tried to write back as soon as possible. I would like to tell you what happened to me lately. I was in the shop, when I saw, that a girl trying to steal a lipstick. I did not know what to do unfortunately I had, because she slowly put lipstick to his pocket. I approached her and explained to her, that it is a punishable offense. She blushed and gave lipstick in place.
I hope, that she never more this do.
What do you think? I look forward to your prompt response. Take care and see you soon.

Oto wersja z poprawionymi błędami i niezmienionymi sformułowaniami. Jest ok.
