Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to express my total dissatisfaction with the service which you provided by your internet shop and products quaility. In fact, I have already written to your secretary’s office about the problem but unfortunately nothing has changed.
First of all, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I was expecting to receive Mp3 purchased in your internet shop on friday 12March. Eventually I picked it from the post office on the 24 March which was far too late. The Mp3 supposed to be a birthday present for my nephew. To make matters worse product I purchased did not work and was not the exact one which I ordered originally.
Taking into consideration all the trouble I experienced, I demand a full refund. Unless satisfactory compensation is offered I will have no other choice but to take legal action. I have already sought my lawyer’s advice and he suggests suing your company, which, as far as I am concerned, will be done only as the last resort.
I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as it is possible.
