Proszę o napisanie czterech listów reklamacyjnych wg wytycznych z załącznika.
Listy mają byc napisane w formie pisma z zażaleniem (list reklamacyjny)
a tyczyć się mają następujących rzeczy:
1) Nie działające radio, działało tydzień po zakupie, i nie chce w ogóle się włączyć
2) zepsuty zamek (suwak) w kurtce/ spodniach
3) pęknięty obcas buta (przy normalnym chodzeniu po 2 tygodniach urwał się obcas)
4) uszkodzony sweter (miejsca szycia - szwy nie trzymają, pękają nitki)
Proszę o napisanei tych pism w formie urzędowej oraz na poziomie szkoły średniej

I am writing to complain about the radio which I have bought at your AGD and RTV shop. The radio has not been replaced when I brought it to your shop. I already wrote to you about it but, unfortunately, there has been no reply.
Everything was working good for the first week, but then it suddenly stopped working. I tried to fix the problem but I could not deal with it. I am sending the radio to you. I hope that you will be able to fix the device.
Taking into consideration all the trouble I suffered, I hope I can expect free repair or full refund.

I am writing to complain about the jacket that I have bought in your shop on Monday, 15th of April 2013 year, on Square Street 14.
I have already been in your shop for replacing this item, but no one helped me.
When I wanted to put on new jacket - the zipper was broken. This is unacceptable, you should test your clothes before selling. The jacket was not suitable for using at all.
I have already sent you few letters but there was no response at all. This is my last letter, if you will not do anything with the problem, I will have to report this situation to your boss. I am open to go for a settlement. I would like to get the full refund or at least, a new jacket.

I must express my dissatisfaction about the shoes that I have bought in your shop three weeks ago.
I have already been at your shop. I talked with shop assistant but, unfortunately, she did not help me. She was arrogant and she treated her customers very badly.My high-heels, which I bought in your shop, suddenly broke. The heel cracked after two weeks wearing it. Such situation should not have ever happened. You sold me faulty item.
In this situation I am afraid I must ask for new shoes or full refund.

I must express my dissatisfaction with sweater that I have bought in your shop at Puord Street 32.
The stitches are not holding properly, a thread began to crack at the slightest movement. It is unacceptable and unseemly. Additionally, it is impossible to wear that sweater because it starts to unravel.
Furthermore, I tried to get in touch with you but without any answer. No one wanted to face with the issue.
In this situation I am afraid I must ask for full refund. Unfortunately, I will have to report it to your employer and submit a complaint for additional staff.
