I've just moved in to my own apartment and I'm very happy about it. I live on 27th Avenue, next to Sushi Othama Bar, isn't that gr8?

I've just finished decorating it. I choose Indian decorations and modern furniture. Everything is just perfect, and I can't wait till you see it. It's my dream apartment! I would like you to come for my party in June 13th.

I would be the happiest person in the world if would like to come.
