I’m wrting to complain about smartphone. I must express my dissatisfaction, because i bought a smartphone last week in your shop. I’m dissatisfied,because a smartphone suddenly stopped working, the screen went black , I could not take photo. As a result I was without a phone, that is very necessary to me everyday use.
In this situation i am afraid i must ask for repair Or exchange of your smartphone for a New.
Taking into account all the inconvenience this situation,I hope that I can expect a quick reply.

I’m writing to complain about a smartphone. I must express my dissatisfaction because of my purchase I made last week in your shop. I’m dissatisfied since the smartphone suddenly stopped working, the screen went black and  I could not take any photos. As a result I was without a phone, which is indispensable for my everyday use.In this situation i am afraid i must ask for a repair Or exchange of the smartphone for a new one.Taking into consideration this unfortunate situation which is highly inconvenient for me ,I hope I can expect a quick reply from you.

I'm writig to complain about smartphone. I must express my dissatisfaction about smartphone I bought last week in your shop. When I was using smartphone suddenly it stopped work. The screen went black and I couldn't take photo. As a result I was without a working mobile. It's very uncomfortable for me because I need to use smartphone everyday.In this situation I'm asking for repair my smartphone or exchange for a new one
