Fast food restaurants were different after the documentary.Morgan Spurlock was watching a TV programme about fast food when he had an idea. A representative of McDonalds was saying that their food was nutritious and healthy. Morgan disagreed with this, and he decided to do an experiment. He decided to eat in fast food restaurants every day, three times a day, for thirty days.At the beginning of his experiment, Morgan went to three doctors, who checked his weight and his health. Morgan was energetic, healthy and happy. Then be started his fast food diet. At first he didn't feel too unhealthy, but soon he was having headaches and stomach aches.Normally Morgan didn't eat many burgers, but suddenly he was eating them constantly and he felt unwell; he wasn't eating enough fruit and vegetables, and he was eating too much fat. A burger and chips with a large cola gives you enough energy to walk seven miles, but Morgan didn't do any exercise. After twenty-one days, Morgan's doctors were very worried because there was too much fat and sugar in the fast food diet. In their opinion, the experiment was dangerous and irresponsible, but Morgan continued. At the end of the thirty-day experiment he felt unhealthy, tired and overweight, and he was eleven kilos heavier. While Morgan was on fast food diet, he made a documentary about his experience, called Supersize Me. When the film became popular, some fast food restaurant changed their menus. They say that their food is healthier now, but Morgan prefers to eat at home.

Poniżej zamieściłam tekst. Do niego trzeba zrobić zadanie. Proszę o pomoc.A oto zadanie:Find the opposites of these words in the text. 1. exactly (paragraph 1)2. dormant (paragraph 1)3. created (paragraph 2)4. appeared (paragraph 2)5. warm (paragraph 3)6. fantastic (paragraph 4)SUPER VOLCANOTHE TIME BOMBApproximately sixty volcanoes erupt every year. Some eruptions are big, some are small. Mount St. Helens is an active volcano in Washington, USA. On May 15th 1980, there was an earthquake in the Mount St. Helens area, and ten minutes later the volcano erupted. An explosion of hot rock, lava and gas, travelling at 300 miles per kour, destroyed everything in the area. There were floods and landslides, and 400 metres of the mountain disappeared. The cloud of volcanic ash was 12 miles high, and the ash closed roads 200 miles away. Now, imagine a volcano 1,000 times bigger and more destructive than Mount St. Helens. Imagine a "super volcano". Experts say that the last eruption of a super volcano was 75,000 years ago in Toba, Indonesia. Plants and animals which were 2,500 miles away from Toba died under 35 centimetres of ash. Ash from the volcano blocked the sun for a year. In this volcanic "winter" itwas dark, cold and rainy. The rain was acid and there wasn`t much food. Only 5,000 humans survived on the planet. There is another super volcano in Yellowstone National Park in the USA. Super volcanoes are not mountains; they are under the earth, and under Yellowstone there is an area of lava 50 kilometres long. There are often earthquakes in the area and many experts say that the Yellowstone super volcano will erupt soon. Some scientists predict a 'small' eruption, like Mount St. Helens. Other scientists predict a terrible catastrophe - a catastrophe for the planet and a catrastrophe for man.
