Wyraź dwa powody Twojego niezadowolenia i zaznacz, że oferowana cena była niższa. 3. Napisz, że czas oczekiwania był zbyt długi i podaj jedną konsekwencję wywołaną opóźnieniem przesyłki. 4. Sformułuj swoje oczekiwania i zagroź, że nie zamierzasz pokrywać kosztów przesyłki w razie zwrotów. Przyjmijmy, że to sukienka, a konsekwencja : nie miałam w czym iść na bal. :)
I'm writing in reference to the order no. 12345 dated 20.09.2014 for a red dress, article no. 56789. I received the package today I am extremely disappointed by the quality of the delivered product. First of all the dress seems evidently used. It has a rather big blue stain on the back. Second, your website claims that the dress is made of wool, whereas the dress' label clearly states that it's synthetic. This is not what I paid for! And as for the payment, the price I had to pay to the shipping company is 20% bigger than the price tag on your website. This is unacceptable. What's more, the shipment didn't take 3 days as you promised but 10 days. I ordered this dress for my friend's birthday ball and the delay forced me to buy another dress as an emergency purchase. I want a full refund for this purchase. I'm returning you this dirty dress and I won't be paying any shipping cost for this. This is the last time I bought anything from your shop.
