Ladies and Gentlemen, On this meeting i would like to talk with you about things which we need to change in our company or which we need to keep up with.
First of all we need to change our security procedures, 
Also i would like to touch the subject of ID cards. ID cards is what you need at all time in the building, and i mean here everyone.
 Visitors which wish to come and see how we work must be signed in as they come and after they leave they must sign out.
As someone is finishing their daily working time they must lock their offices if there is no one else inside there, we don't want to hear about lost papers.
Ahh and again i will talk about the Id cards, security guards must check everyones ID card on entry and if there is a visitor he or she must get a temporary ID card.
We are sure ths will bring effects immediately as we finish this meeting, thank you all for listening and for your time
