Sometimes you ask yourself : "How to keep good condition?". If your condition isn't well, You should do some things. I'm going to write them. First : You mustn't eat any unhealthy food. Example : hamburgers, or pizza. We can eat them sometimes but not too often. I recommend to eat lots of vegetables like : carrots, lettuce, potatoes, tomatoes and I recommend to eat fruit, exapmle : bananas, apples or You can add drop of lemon to your tea. The second thing : Exercises are basis. You can practice in health club. Some people buy an exercise bike, or racing track to them house. It isn't bad idea! Thrid : You need to jogging. It's very good for your condition. Every morning You should do this. Run around joint or just run over your housing estate. There's lots of things to keep good condition.
