DEAR SIR/MADAM

I am writng to complain about the MP4 player I bought through your website on Monday , july 10th. I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the of quality of this product.First of all, as soon as I opened packaging I noticed that it was scratcged in two places an it did not look like a brand new item.
Secondly, the buttons do not work properly so I cannot pause the music I am listening to.
I contacted your complaints office and to my shock I was told that there was nothing the company could do to help me with this problem. To make matters worse ,the consultant sunded quite impolite. furthermore,he told me I could not contact the owner of service in any way.
Therefore,I would like to receive a full refund or a brand new MP4 player which works well and is under guarantee.
I hope you will give my letter your urgent attention.
