Free To Play PES In Development

During a Konami VIP after show event at E3, the studio revealed that a new free to play PES game is currently in development.

PES 2012 executive producer Shinji Enomoto confirmed development of the free to play title when asked about how Konami planned on keeping up with the expanding FIFA franchise.

“The free to play market is growing.”

Enemoto explained, "Even in Japan, the free to play market is growing, so we do understand the need for a free to play Pro Evo game. We have been investigating it, and we'll be making an announcement on this soon."

The roundtable interview also through up a few earlydetails about PES 2012's enhanced facial animation, improved player control and even more official licenses.
