  {x - (7/30)}² = (49/900) + (2/15)
  {x - (7/30)}² = (169/900)
   x - (7/30) = √(169/900)
   x - (7/30) = 13 /30   atau x - (7/30) = - 13/30
   x = (13/30) + (7/30)  atau x = (7/30) - (13/30)
    x = 20/30  = 2/3  atau x = - 6/30 = - 1/5
