thank you for your letter. I was thinking about your problem with choosing between a flat and a house. I think that house is a better choice. First of all, living in the flat means limited privacy. Also, there are lots of disturbances connected with living there, such as repairs and renovates. However, there're many advantages of nice neighbours, but does the number of them really matter? You can have them while living at the house as well.
Having your own piece of ground means lots of privacy and quiet surroundings. You can arrange your house without the premission of the building owner. What is more, you will be able to invite your friends for parties without fear of disturbing the neighbours. Also, you will have a lot of rooms to share with friends resting in your house! However, I have to mention about quite higher costs of living, but I think pros are worth the price.
As you can see, living in the house is a better idea. I think you'll consider my solution. Write me back.
