Describe the place you live in. Write ten sentences. The questions below will help you to get started.

I. The carpet is dirty. I have to wash it. I can clean it myself.
II. The windows are leaking. I should replace them. I can not replace the
windows alone, I have to hire a glazier.
III. The bulb is burned out. I should have it replaced. I can replace the burnt
bulb alone.
IV. Board in the bed broke. I need to insert a new board. I can not cut a new
board myself, I need help of carpenter.
V. Faucet is leaking. I should insert the gasket. Faucet is leaking but I can
fix it myself.
VI. At reading desk is too little light. I need to buy a new lamp. I can go to
the store myself and buy the desk lamp.

I have a flat. I live with my younger sister and her friend. We rent them together and share bills. It is well located near shop and bus stop. The flat has been recently renovated. It is large and very bright. It has a modern, central heating. Unfortunately we have no fireplace here. In the basement there is an indoor, secure parking. Other advantages of the flat is a magnificent view from the window and the pleasant company of roommates, disadvantages are noisy neighbors and high rent.

○ I live in my house since I was born. I live with my familly, mom, dad and brother. I'm not renting my room. (tutaj nie wiem jak to sformułować, może zaproponuj coś a ja ubiorę to w słowa:) ) The house is good located, I have a nice view from my window. My house is a bit old, but it's still in a good condition. My neightborhood is quiet and calm. We have central heating, but also we have a fireplace in the saloon. Big advvantage of my house is location, I have nice view from windows, and It's near center. It's such a big house, but it's sometimes disadvantage.

○ I don't have doors in my room. I should have it. I cant make the doors myself.
○ There is a bit too little space. There should be more space. I can move furnitures to get it.
○ A drawer in my desk is broken. It should be repaired. I can do it myself.
○ The window is dirty. I will clean them up.
○ There is not too much light in my room. I should have another lamp. I can buy it.
○ My furnitures are old. I should have new furnitures mad. I can't make furnitures myself.
