What are advantages and disadvantages of flat and hierarchical organisations? What kind of organisation would you prefer to work for and why?
Chodzi tu pod kątem zarządzania. Czy struktura organizacji jest płaska czy hierarchiczna. Prace nie na temat będą zgłaszane. Jest mi potrzebne to na jutro rano więc prace które będą po godz 6 rano również będą zgłaszane. oczywiście daje naj:) prosiłabym co najmniej 13-15 zdań. :)

There are several advantages and disadvantages about these structures. The flat structure is generally possible only in small companies or individual units within larger organizations. This structure puts responsibility of decisions evenly on every worker amongst the unit. It also eliminates the salaries, that would be given to possible management. It also simplifies the communication between employees and overall coordination of whole team. But then we have some disadvantages. For instance, employees have no boss to report to, which in effect can cause confusion and distabilize the work of team. Workers are never really sure about their place in group, due to lack of management and authority above them. The hierarchic system is better, when talking about organization. It lets people split their work amongst smaller unit, which greatly reduces the time needed to accomplish the goal. It is also more stable, because employees always have someone to talk about problems in group of workers. That person (boss) can improve the efectiveness of company, by inventing changes implied by several employees. Of course, there always have to be some darker side. People can get irresponsible, due to the effect of group responsibility. There will be always no person, which could be blamed for the failure.
