•Wyraź rozczarowanie zachowaniem kelnera i podkreść, że przez 40minut was ignorował
•Napisz, że muzyka była zbyt głośna, a kelner wystawił błędny rachunek
•Zasugeruj kierownikowi, co powinien zrobić, i dodaj, że oczekujesz przeprosin

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with service in your restaurant.
Last Friday I was in your restaurant with my firends. Firstly, I must say that I was very dissapointed with the waitress who was very unkind and rude. I ordered the dishes. This dishes was cold and too spicy the waitress did not do anything about that. Moreover the table was not very clean and fork was dirty . I waited for new dishes 40 minutes. She ignorred us . What is more the music was too loud and no one could hear what someone was saying. Finally the waitress made a bad calculation.I would be gratefull if you could consider a full refund . I am waiting for you apology.
