- I found a special diet for runners. I can sent it a link to it. It contains much meat and vegetables and you have to drink a lot of water. You'll like it.
- It sounds great! I think that we should plan some schedule of trainings. We have to run 10 km every day.
- Yes, that's true but we also have to organise some kind of rest. We could do some stretching or something like that, it wolud be good for our muscles.
- And I've heard thet swimming is good for runners too.
