In this picture I can see two paramedics, a man on a stretcher and a lot of spectators. They are  on the football pitch. I guess that the man get injured during the match . Probably he twisted his ankle and then, it hurst. I think that the paramedics is giving help to the man ,and they are  taking him to hospital.
