Witam proszę o pomoc w zadaniu z Angielskiego :
Mam napisać co wolno robić na egzaminie ,czego nie wolno robic na egzaminie ,jak sie wtedy czuję i co robić przed egzaminem.(np.zrelaksować się)
Z gory dziekuje za wszelką pomoc ;) Prosze potem o przetłumaczenie na Polski.

You can take a bottle of water with you on your exam. You can also take essential  medicines and tissues. You must take a pen with black refill. You mustn't talk with other students and distract them. You mustn't eat during the exam. During the exam you mustn' have and use your mobile phone or other electric devices. You can't use a dictionary and calculator on the exam.
If you feel stressed before the exam start you should go for a walk. You should also sleep well and eat healthy and nutritious meal.
