Where would you like to work after you graduate from the Poznan University of Technology?

This is a very difficult question because I have never thought about a specific place where I would like to work. I would like to have a well-paid job but there are also other important issues. I would love to work with nice people and I need to be satisfied with my job. 

Would you prefer to work in small or a big company?Why?

I would prefer to work in a small company. In small companies, people usually know one another so the atmosphere is much better. 

Is it easy nowadays to plan a career path?

It is definitely not easy to plan a career path. Sometimes we need to accept a job that we don't really like. You cannot be too choosy when it come to getting your first job.

I don't like to work in a big company, because I don't like corporations. They are so heartless, impersonal, and focused only on their profit. I dream about running my own businness. I know that it is not easy as you need some capital to start it. It is not easy to plan a career path nowadays, as there is a very high level of unemployment in Poland. What is more it is very hard to find a job for young people who have just finished their study. Graduates have no experience, and it is often required. I hope that I will manage to open my own firm with a little help of my family.
