Three days, on Monday 21st, I bought an MP3 player at your main store in London. It was the Yokoshima PT-32 model with 4GB of memory. At least that what I have on my receipt. And I wish to complain about it. There are two basic reasons for my dissatisfaction. First of all the player has only 2GB of memory instead of 4GB as stated on the box. And secondly, the bundled earphones are terrible. They do not work correctly. I can barely hear the music through all the hissing and interference. I’m sending you the player back together with the receipt. You can either give me my money back (see the attached bank account number) or send me a new and proper unit. The decision is yours.
