f(x) > 0
=> 3^(-2) . 3^(2x + 1)/2 - 27 > 0
=> 3^(-2 + (2x + 1)/2) > 27
=> 3^(2x - 3)/2 > 3^3
=> (2x - 3)/2 > 3
=> 2x - 3 > 6
=> 2x > 9
=> x > 9/2
