I am writing to enquire about some more details connected with the excursions organised by your travel agency. 

The first thing I would like to know is the acctracion you planned. Namenly, I cannot understand the information about the kind of the draw. You wrote that it will be compulsory activities but it will take place during our free time. So can you explain me if it is obligatory or optional. 

What is more, I would like to ask you about the conditions of accomodation. Is it modern or ancient hotel and if the bathroom is in the room or not. 

Could please let me know how should I pay for the holiday? It have to be transfer to an account or maybe I have to pay by credit car? Also it is the price of the whole trip or just for a week? 

Finally can you tell me what my personal details I have to give you?
