When I had some problems with my mobile I ask my brother for help. He looking for problem and when he can, he repairs. But when he don't know what's happened with my mobile I must return it to for service. Then, I must wait few days for information. When they fixed my phone, they give me it back, but when that was something serious with it, they give me new mobile or I must wait next few days for fixed.
