I'm writting to you to tell you about a crime I witnessed 2 weeks ago. I was walking home down the street. There was an elderly man, walking with a cane. All of a sudden, two big blokes came up to him and claimed all of his property. The elderly man refused and thus one of the blokes laid into his face. The elderly man fell into the ground writhing in pain. I called the police immediately and gave full description of them - two males, about 20 years old, dressed in black tracksuits. The police car arrived promptly as it turned out the police patrol had been in close vicinity. The muggers tried to escape but were seized after a while.
