Proszę o napisanie mi jak się to czyta po angielsku

I don't know, what I would like to do in the future yet. It's obvious I would like to pass matura exam with really good result and than go to the university. I am thinking about a few faculties and I don't know which one should I choose. For now, on the first place is veterinary medicine on the Jagiellonian University.

I want to be a vet and help animals for the whole life.

I also have plans for my summer vacation already. I'm going to hitch hike around the whole Europe and I think I will have a good time. I'm planning to chill out a lot and take a rest of course. I hope all my plans and dreams will come true
