For procreation are needed both sexes. Two men or two women can't propagate children (cannot breed).

 

Homosexuals much often change their partners than typical couples so there would be many divorces which is not good, beacouse it cost a lot of time and patience (and of course money). It is not comfortable situation (mental sufferring) and it could even lead to depression.

 

pluses:

If they could get merried, they wouldn't prove sexual discrimination and it would deprive them of rights to escalate their alterity.

 

They would pay taxes together so it would simplify their life.

childhood could be a nightmare

 

those children could feel very cofused and disoriented, beacouse she or he do not understand why  'all children have mummy and daddy but I have two daddys or two mummys'.

 

Children need stabilisation. Homosexuals often change their partners so it is very destructive for their children psychical health.

 

Those children could have problem with unhealthy relationships (they could not rise thei own famillys, they could quickly break up)

Those children could be bring up in a extremely liberal way so they would be very tolerant when they grow up.

People are free and if they set upon destroying themselves, nobody could stop them. So it doesn't matter if drugs are legal or not.
