Nie mam pojęcia jak się pisze takie dialogi, więc zrobię to w miarę intuicyjnie. Jeśli to jest Twoje zadanie z biznesowego angielskiego i będzie źle, przepraszam z góry.

A: Hello. I would like to purchase a house by the riverside in our city.
B: Fine, how large would you like your house to be?
A: About 100 square meters. And I want it to be straight empty without any furniture so we can decorate it ourselves with my family.
B: Alright, and the price?
A: Not too cheap and not too expensive but I pressume that a completely free-to-embellish house won't consume too much cash, will it?
B: No, I have a good proposal for you, I think. This house, by 27 Rocky Avenue, sounds good. It's a brand new built single-family house, with a garage and lots of gardening space in the backyard. Here's a couple of pics of it, how do you like it?
A: Hm... yeah, this sounds convincing. Though the price is quite high too. In what rates could be possibly split the cost into?
B: We can split them in 24 rates, would you like it?
A: Yes, that would be enough. I will contact you the next week after I reconsider the offer at leisure.
B: Right, here's my number and see you soon, Sir.
