I am writing to complain about the quality of one of your products.
I recently bought a new mobile phone from your shop in London on the 19th March 2015. The seller recommended me your newest product and he said that it was perfect for me. I decided to buy that mobile phone. Unfortunately, two days later I realised that my new mobile phone is defective. Everytime I tried to use it, it suddenly stopped working. To make matters worse, from yesterday I can not even switch it on.
I think that you should improve the quality of your products. It is unacceptable that such a expensive mobile phone is so faulty.
I believe I should receive a new mobile phone. If it will not happen, I am afraid that I am going to contact the media about quality of your products. I look forward to your reply.
