Love requires sacrifices. This is a quite popular statement that people quite often argue if it is true or not true. I would like to express my opinion about this statement.
Firstly, when someone falls in love they usually spend a lot of time together with the other person . During that time they are not able to spend their time working or relaxing in a way that the second person doesn't like. So if you are in love you have to sacrifice some of your precious time.
Secondly, beeing inlove with someone inforces you to resign from some habits and activities, or start doing them. For example, if someone who is not smoking falls in love with a smoking person, and the smoking person is not able to stop this habit, the second person must accept such a situation. This is a sacrifice. On the other hand people in love have to find some compromises in the activities, because one of them may haveother preferences than the second person.
Thirdly, love alsocan require sacrifices when someone is in help. You are morally obliged (you want it anyway), to help them, doesn't matter whatyourplans actually are. This is also a sacrifice.
Tu sum up I would like to say that love definitely requires sacrifaces. Sometimes less, sometimes more, but always requires.
