Dear Ms Smith,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with English course.
I started attending this course two weeks ago. At first day I observed that teachers are really naughty. They scream at students and say that they don't know anything. That isn't good, beacuse then we don't want to learn and go for other course. Some students are scared these teachers. Second thing are hotel rooms. They were really dirty. When I get in I had to clean it myself. Under bed there were also worms. That isn't normal, beacuse I don't want to sleep with worms.
I have already write to you, Madame about it but nothing has changed. I talked with other students. They think like me.
I hope that you will repair all that problems. I can discuse it personally with you.
