Zapewnij że ostateczny defekt nie powstał z twojej winy i podaj dowody. -Sprecyzuj czego oczekujesz.
List musi być napisany na co najmniej 120słow. Prostym językiem, oraz być napisany samemu ( te tłumaczone przez translator spamuje)

The CD player has worked for only two days. After this time it suddenly crashed. I could not turn it on Instead of being concerned I feel very frustrated about this fact. I would like to ensure you that the device was always used according to the manuals so the crash cannot be my fault. What more, after it had broken, I did not try to fix it.
