Kiedy ostatnio byłeś na wakacjach w Nowym Jorku , kupiłeś sobie jakies urzadzenie elektroniczne, ale gdy wróciłes do domu, okazało sie ze nie działa. Napisz do kierownika sklepu:
*opisz, co i jak i kiedy kupiłes
*wyjaśnij , na czym polega problem, i kiedy odkryłes ze nie działa
*poinformuj, ze odyłasz zakupioną rzez wraz z dowodem zakupu
*napisz, jakie są twoje oczekiwania, podając szczegóły.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the MP3 player which I have bought on the 4th of the November in your store.
First of all, after opening the box, it turned out that the device was incredibly damaged. The surface was completely scratched. I could not believe my eyes. Secondly, when I turned it on, it did not work properly. After a few seconds it has switched off.
In conclusion I feel deeply appalled by the way I have been treated. I have already written but nothing has changed. The faulty item has not been replaced. I am sending it back to you including the bill of sale. As a recompense I demand a full refund ; otherwise I shall be forced to take further steps.
