-co zamówiliście i dlaczego nie byliscie zadowoleni

-jak na skargę zareagowała obsługa i czy groźba napisania oficjalnej skargi przyniosła jakiś rezultat

-jak podsumujesz pracę obsługi i czego żądasz od właściciela

Dear Si or Madam, 

I am writing to you to express total dissatisfaction with the service your restaurant provided with me. 

Yesterday I was with my friends in your restaurant , because I had a birthday. We ordered fish and chips for everyone and two orange juices and there fizzy drinks . Also the chips were very fatty, The thing which I mainly cannot accept is that we had to wait twenty five minutes for food.  First of all I would like to draw your attention to the fact that service in your restaurant is unkind und impolite. When I got the bill , I saw that I had pay more. Your waiter counted to much. Then  I told him about it ,he said that it was impossible .Your service did not react when I told  that I will have other choice but to write an official complaint. 

I hope that I can expect a refund satisfactory compensation.
