I am writing in order to express my deep disappointment with the MP3 player I purchased on 15th of August through your online shop “AMAZING ITEMS”.
First of all, having opened the package, it turned out that the device was broken. The surface was completely scratched. I could not believe my eyes. Furthermore, when I turned it on, it did not work properly. After a few seconds it switched off. I didn’t try to fix it by myself. To make matters worse, the shipment was belated. I had to wait more than two weeks, which was ridiculous.
In conclusion, I feel deeply appalled by the way I have been treated. I am sending it back to you including the bill of sale. As a recompense, I demand a quick repair or a full refund ; otherwise I shall be enforced to take further steps.
