Is it a good idea for young people to take Saturday jobs to supplement their pocket money?

I think it's a really good idea for young people to take saturday jobs to supplement their pocket money, because-

1st of all, it helps them be more self-sufficient from a younger age.

2nd It's a good learning experience.

3rd It prepares them for a more serious job later on.

4th They become more independent and recognise the value of money- since it was them who earned it.

5th It Gives them a feeling of achievement.

6th There is never too much pocket money ;)
