I didn’t buy anything there because it was all too expensive. My mother gave 5 ____ some money but not enough for really expensive things. But then we turned 6 ____ into all the small streets between Oxford Street and Piccadilly, and I bought a shirt and some bangles. They’re very nice. I’ll show 7 ____ them next time we meet. Then we had lunch in a small café but Peter was still hungry after lunch, so I bought 8 ____ a huge red ice cream. Then we went to the cinema but to get there we walked 9 ____ a market and Peter got lost. We only found him because we saw his red ice cream! By the end of the day, we were very tired because we walked 10 ____ Oxford Street twice, and it’s very long. But what an exciting day!
