1 A law fat diet.
When you are on this diet you should eat fruits and vegetables. You can't eat fat meat or bacon. You can eat smoked fish. You shouldn't eat fried things.
2 A non diary diet.
You can eat averything without milk. You can't eat milk, cheasee, cottage cheasee and diary products.
3 vegetarian diet
You can eat much fruits and vegetables. You can eat fish because fish isn't meat. i propose smoked fish. You can't eat meat.
4 A high protein diet
When you are on this diet you should eat milk, cheasee, eggs and more meat. Meat has got many proteins.

1. When you are on a law-fat diet you have to forget about all delicious fried stuff, because these are things which contain a lot of fat. Also you have to start drinking non-fat milk, avoid cheese and exchange ice-creams into sorbets. Be aware that nuts are fat-bombs and so are crisps, fast food and avocado.
2. It is very difficult to start a non-diary diet. You have to pay attention to all things that you eat because milk or cream could be almost everywhere! It would be better if you made all your meals, because sometimes people add diary products to food without even noticing! You should stay away from pizza, lasagne, ice-creams.If youy new diet doesn't contain enough proteins, you should try legumes, such as soy or bean.
3. On a vegetarian diet you obviously have to avoid meat, but sometimes it is a component of foods, which you do not expect. For example, red sweets are red because of the pigment, which is produced from skin of special species of warms. Vegetarians do not eat ham, chicken, all meat, but also jelly, which is made from gelatine - a component of animal's bones.
4. When you are on high protein diet, you should concetrate on eating a lot of meat, legumes, diary products, but avoid carbohydrates. Fish are the best, but only the low-fat ones, you should also try to forget about potatoes and bananas, as they contain a lot of sugar.
