I am writing with a view to expressing profound dissatisfaction with the package tour I went on in the past week. Your travel agency was recommended to me by one of your employees. There was a noticeable price difference between your company and others in the city, therefore, I decided to turn to your agency to organize a weekly trip to Manchester.
First of all, in contradistinction to the offer available at your official website, the accommodation was deplorable. There was supposed to be a fully-furnished room and en suite facilities. Instead, there was a narrow bunk bed. Never have I been deceived that much. Furthermore, another unacceptable issue must be mentioned. The guide had an extremely severe Scottish accent. In the aftermath, more than a half of the tour members were not able to understand a word. To make matters worse, the sightseeing programme [itinerary] was unacceptable. Although we were shown around the entire city, it was indescribably fatiguing.
In conclusion, I feel deeply appalled by the way I have been treated. I believe I am entitled to a full refund; otherwise I shall be enforced to take legal steps against your travel agency.
