Dear Manager,
Two weeks ago I was on vacation in Sopot and I bought a CD player in your store.It is a Panasonic 200x. The shop assistant told me that this was the best CD player; however, this morning it stopped working. First, the CD started skipping when I was in the middle of a song. Next, the CD became very quiet and I could barely hear it. Finally, the CD player stopped.
I would like to receive my money back because I don't believe that this is a good CD player. However, if that is not possible, then I'd like to receive a new one.
