2x^{3} +xy ^{2} +5x ^{2} +y ^{2} +23 Prosze o pomoc trzeba wyznaczyc extremum lokalne funkcji dwoch zmiennych

$f(x, y) = 2x^3 +xy^2 +5x^2 +y^2 +23$

Wyznaczamy pochodne cząstkowe pierwszego rzędu funkcji f:

$f_x = 6x^2 +y^2 +10x$

$f_y = 2xy +2y$

Wyznaczamy punkty stacjonarne funkcji f, czyli rozwiązujemy układ równa:

$\left \{ {{f_x = 0} \atop {f_y = 0}} \right.$

Zatem:

$\left \{ {{6x^2 +y^2 +10x = 0} \atop {2xy +2y = 0}} \right.$

$\left \{ {{6x^2 +y^2 +10x = 0} \atop {2y \cdot (x + 1) = 0}} \right.$

Rozwiążemy drugie równanie układu:

$2y \cdot (x + 1) = 0$

$2y = 0 \ /:2 \ lub \ x + 1 = 0$

$y = 0 \ lub \ x = - 1$

Stąd:

$\left \{ {{6x^2 +y^2 +10x = 0} \atop {y = 0}} \right. \ lub \ \left \{ {{6x^2 +y^2 +10x = 0} \atop {x = - 1}} \right.$

Wyznaczamy pochodne cząstkowe drugiego rzędu funkcji f:

$f_{xx} = (6x^2 +y^2 +10x)_x = 12x + 10$

$f_{xy} = (2xy +2y)_x = 2y$

$f_{yy} = (2xy +2y)_y = 2x + 2$

Zatem:

Wyznaczamy wartości wyznacznika W(x, y) w punktach stacjonarnych i zbadamy charakter tych punktów:

$W(0; \ 0) = \left|\begin{array}{cc}12 \cdot 0+ 10&2 \cdot 0\\2 \cdot 0&2 \cdot 0 + 2\end{array}\right| = \left|\begin{array}{cc}10&0\\0& 2\end{array}\right| =$

czyli funkcja f w punkcie $A_1 = (0; \ 0)$ ma ekstremum lokalne.

$f_{xx}(0; \ 0) = 12 \cdot 0 + 10 = 10 > 0$

zatem funkcja f w punkcie $A_1 = (0; \ 0)$ ma właściwe minimum lokalne:

$A_2 = (-\frac{5}{3}; \ 0)$
