    x=7 2/24 - 2 15/24

   

    x= 4 11/24

 

b. 3 1/3 + x = 4 1/15

   

    x= 4 1/15 - 3 1/3

   

    x= 4 1/15 - 3 5/15

   

    x=11/15

 

c. 7 3/8 - x = 1 1/14

   

    x=7 3/8 - 1 1/14

   

    x=7 42 /112  - 1 8/112

 

    x= 6 34/112 

 

    x= 6 17/ 56

 

d. 4 2/5 - x = 2 7/15

 

    x= 4 2/5 - 2 7/15

 

    x= 4 6/15 - 2 7/15
