f(-5) = 4(-5) - 1
       = -20 - 1
       = -21
f(-3) = 4(-3) - 1
       = -12- 1
       = - 13
f(-1) = 4(-1) - 1
        = -4-1

       = 8 - 1
       = 7
f(4) = 4(4) -1
       = 16 - 1
       = 15
f(10) = 4(10) -1
         = 40 -1
