The concept of environmental security refers above all to the importance of the issues commonly called environmental protection. It contains a statement of purpose, which is to overcome the ecological crisis of the modern world. Also implies the possibility of achieving this goal, and so opposed to the spread and promotion of harmful fatalistic view and belief that environmental degradation and pollution are an inevitable consequence of the price and essential for economic progress and civilization. Using the term \ "ecological security \" is meant first of all mankind.
