1. The doctor is telling about the ill womans test results and explaining them to the concerned woman, you can assume that because of the case file he's holding in his hand. 
2. Because family supports you, ad are always there to help. 
3. I visited my brother after he'd been in a car accident. He broke his leg and his arm. It hurt him really bad, but thankfully he had no other damages. The doctors were positive and after 2 weeks he left the hospital.
