I am writing to you to express my total dissatisfaction whit the service received during the stay in your restaurant on February 2012.
Firstly, I would like to drow your attencion to the factthat the personel is irresponsible. The waiter for forty minutes ignored me. It is for us very disrespectful behaviour.
To make matters worse, the music was too noisy.We could not talk and the waiter issued an incorrect receipt.
My friend and I are very not pleased. You should direct attention to it and train your personnel.
