I am writing to You, because I am not pleased with the materials You have sent me.
I bought some cosmetics from Your company last week. This products were completely bad! The bottle of perfume was broken and the eye shadows were opened before. I would not like to return this cosmetics, because I think they are quite good. You should give me my money back or sent me this cosmetics once again.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about my purchase I did at your Internet shop on September the third 2012.
I ordered a book titled "Repeptytorium maturalne" which does not satisfy me. There are two main problems with this book. Firstly, it does not conclude the CD with recordings of examplary dialogues in English. Secondly, when I removed the foil I saw there are five pages missing at the beginning of the book. It seems to me that someone teared them off before it was packed. However, I do not want to annul my purchase. If possible, I would like you to send me a complete copy of this book with the CD.
I hope it will not be much trouble for you to solve this problem as fast as possible.
